What better time to introduce my new everyday bag than an errand-run-turned mini photoshoot with my homegirl aka ride or die; Riley. Good Lord. The places I’ve searched to replace this effing bag (which, of course, broke mid stride). I’d been using the same Coach Safiano tote which doubled as a baby bag and (am I resourceful, or am I resourceful?) purse for the last 3 years. The purse hunt situation was getting quite desperate. I’d searched practically every Winners in the GTA, Aritzia, Zara, Holts, copious Boutiques downtown, all the outlet malls, and every thrift store I could find. The result of every shopping experience was either a complete disappointment, or galaxies away from my working budget.

That is until I found this lil beauty…

After searching high and low, I figured ok let me see what Zara online is working with. As stated from previous posts, Zara really hasn’t been delivering for the past couple seasons, so I haven’t really been checkin’ for their new arrivals. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a bag that I hadn’t first seen in person, also that wasn’t leather. I’m usually very rough on my bags, so anything other than leather usually isn’t worth purchasing.

That being said, so far I love it. It’s lightweight, minimal sans embellishments, tote style but with compartments and has a removable crossbody strap. Perfectenshlag.

Lets see how long this bad boy lasts.
